What is your return policy?

HYVE-Life CUSTOMER SATISFACTION & REFUND POLICY

We at HYVE-Life pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. While there are no refunds, we will be glad to replace your merchandise if it is damaged among arrival. You MUST notify us within 24 hours of receipt via email to inform us of the damage.

What is your fulfillment timeline?

Once we receive your order, there is a 2-3 day processing window before the item is shipped.

What is your shipping policy?

Standard shipping will be applied unless otherwise specified. Please take into account processing time (see fulfillment timeline), weekends and holidays. Our goal is to get your items to you as soon as possible.

Do I have to have a PayPal account to purchase with HYVE-Life?

You do NOT have to be registered with PayPal to purchase items at HYVE-Life.  When you are redirected to PayPal upon checkout, there is an option for non account holders. Isn’t that great!

How long before my order ships?

All in-stock orders (both standard and expedited) are processed within 2-3 business days. Note: if you place an order after 3pm EST on a Friday, your order may not be shipped until the following Monday. Holidays excluded.

Can I change/cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, we can’t edit the address you’ve entered or the items within the order.  If you have any questions, please send us an email at TheHYVElife@gmail.com.

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept payments via PayPal and major credit cards

Why should I create an account?

Creating an account enables you to manage  your personal information and stay abreast of all of our news and promotions.

Can I order without an account?

You can choose weather you’d like to make an account or not. Having an account makes it easier to follow-up on any completed orders as well as making future orders more easy.

I forgot my password

If you’ve forgotten your password you can reset it by selection forgot password.

Why do I have to fill out my phone number?

We use your phone number if there are any questions regarding your order. Also, your number may be used by the delivery company to reach you.

What if I select a product that is on backorder?

If a product is on back order, your Entire order  will ship out as soon as we receive the backordered item in our inventory. You will be notified with shipment details.
